Information to provide
In order for us to provide you with better help and support, please include as much of the following information as possible with your technical support requests:
- The version of the product you are using.
- The version of the Visual Studio or SQL Server Management Studio you are using (including service packs). You can check this in the Help->About menu.
- Your operating system version and edition (including service packs).
- Any instructions to aid us in reproducing the problem you are encountering.
- Error messages and information relevant to problem. Please also check Windows Event Log for corresponding to the problem errors and warnings.
- Screenshot of the problem (if applicable) would be helpful too.
Additional information that can help:
- Computer information: CPU type and speed, amount of memory installed and hard disk free space
